Governance

While the responsibility of the day-to-day operation of the school rests with the Principal, the Board of Directors has ultimate responsibility for the success of the school.  The Board, in conjunction with Principal, determines the school’s vision and mission to guide the operation of the school, along with setting the educational and operational policies and goals.

CILA operates under our own Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Conflict of Interest policy and as such is a nonprofit, public school.
