Mission Statement:

CILA PTO is organized to enhance and support the educational experiences of children at the Colorado International Language Academy (CILA) by

• Partnering with the school’s administration and Board of Directors to identify the school’s academic, resource, and cultural needs. 
• Cultivate collaborative relationships between the school, parents, and teachers by providing community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Enhancing the cultural educational opportunities of students.

• Fundraising to help meet identified needs.

Adopt a CILA Staff Member

This is an opportunity to show appreciation for the staff members at CILA. We are asking interested individuals to surprise their person with little goodies/words of encouragement throughout the year (monthly requested).

A list of the staff member’s favorite things will be shared at the beginning of September to assist in planning. All monies spent go towards volunteer hours. An hour submission form can be found by clicking on CILA’s website: Get Involved-PTO-Volunteering.

Just One Yes!

We are working with families to provide volunteer opportunities that fit your skills and schedules.

By saying yes to helping plan one event, you are saying yes to making community and learning events possible for CILA students. Most of the work can be done on your own time and will not require more than a couple hours total before the event! It is also a great way to get to know other parents.
