To utilize CILA’s payment system, Revtrak, you will need to do the following 2 main steps:
- Create an account with Revtrak using your email address. Anyone may do so (maybe grandma wants to pay a fee?), and if you have already done so previously with Revtrak at CILA, you do not need to do so again. If you have forgotten your password, there is a password reset (Forgot password?) link during the login process.

- Once you have created your Revtrak login account (or have an existing account), you must associate each student you wish to pay fees for with your account. Fees are generally assigned per student, so if you have more than one student attending CILA, you will need to associate your account with each of them. To do so:

- Log into Revtrak (via the link on our website under Parent Resources -> Payments, or simply by visiting https://cilaschool.revtrak.net, where you already registered your account).
- Click on BROWSE in the menu, and select Fee Management.
- Click the + sign next to ADD STUDENT
- Input your student’s ID and PIN (provided to you in an email at the start of the school year), and click the blue ADD STUDENT button below
- To verify that your student has been added correctly, click MY ACCOUNT from the menu & select My Settings. You will see any students listed in a section entitled LINKED ACCOUNTS.
More than one parent/guardian may link to a student’s account, and each parent/guardian may link to more than one student account. You may review all currently-assessed fees by logging into your account and clicking BROWSE->Fee Management. If you do not see any required or optional fees listed, then no fees are currently assessed to any of your associated student accounts.
