Dear Parents & Guardians,

Welcome back from Thanksgiving Break! We hope you all had a nice relaxing break with family and friends.

Please remember to dress your students for the weather, and put names inside jackets & sweaters.

Let’s finish 2022 strong – only 3 weeks of school until Winter Break!

A message from your PTO:

With the holidays upon us please remember to put Colorado International Language Academy as your non-profit beneficiary through KingSoopers/City Market as well as using Amazon Smile for any purchases! The contributions go directly to the PTO and are used to help us put on the amazing events annually!

The PTO will be hosting a Holiday Gift Shop from December 12th through the 16th! More information will be sent home with your child this week. Volunteers will be needed so look out for the signups!

Additionally that week of December we will be hosting a Bake Sale. We are revamping how these will be done. CILA families will be able to sign up to bake items. This is a great opportunity to get home-based volunteer hours!

December 16th is the 2nd International Day focusing on Qatar. If you or anyone you know is personally connected to this country please reach out to us at pto@cilaschool.org!

There are two upcoming committees that are being put together. One is focused on planning the World’s Fair at the end of the school year. The other is for the February Family Dance. If you would like to participate in the planning of either of these events please contact Sara Burns at pto-pres@cilaschool.org.

If you have any questions or would like to become more involved please reach out to pto@cilaschool.org.

Upcoming Events:

12/12-12/16: PTO Holiday Gift Shop

12/16: International Day Qatar – Early Release (12pm) & Free Dress

Estimados padres y tutores:
